Tri City Flashing is a family owned and operated Custom Flashing and Rainscreen business located in Port Coquitlam, BC. With most of our projects being done in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions, we are flexible to a variety of travel requirements. All projects completed by Tri City Flashing will be performed by qualified sheet metal workers. With safety as a priority, Tri City Flashing complies with WCB fall and arrest guidelines. We have extensive experience working in condo restoration, rain screen systems, as well as new construction. We provide a minimum five year craftsmanship guarantee on all of our completed projects.
